wmStRadio - Window Maker Stream Radio

Description
-----------
   wmstradio is a doc app that acts as a radio for streamed media. It reads a 
list of "channels" and allows them to be selected in a radio like interface. 
wmstradio launches RealPlayer connecting to the site selected.
	
Configuring
-----------
   The only configuring wmstradio needs is a list of RealAudio sites to 
connect to.  This is provided through a directory called ~/.wmstradio which 
contains link files to the sites. These link files are what you get when you 
try to save the link through a web browser.  They are text files containing a 
URL to the server real audio streamer.  The name of this file is used as the 
name of the chanel in the wmstradio display window.
	
Using
-----
   There are only three buttons on wmstradio.  
     1. Channel Up 
     2. Channel Down
     3. On/Off
   The channel up/down buttons change the listed stream.  The streams do not 
play immediatly, you will need to use the on/off button for that.  The on/off 
button launches RealPlay with the currently displayed channel.  If the 
currently displayed channel is already playing it will close the player.

To Do
-----
    - Fix button display problem.  When the applet is drawn, and a button is 
      pushed, it appears to 'return up' to a different position ~ 2 pixels off
    - Suport for other streamers then Real Audio?
    - Make it play when you use the up and down buttons, 
      perhaps after a 3 second delay since the last click.
